I denne rapporten presenterer vi resultatene fra en bedriftsundersøkelse i bygg og anlegg, i industrien og i hotell og restaurant, som ble gjennomført vinteren 2009. Den gir svar på en rekke spørsmål om bedriftenes bruk av og erfaringer med østeuropeisk arbeidskraft. En tilsvarende undersøkelse i 2006 gir oss anledning til å gi et bilde av utviklingen i løpet av disse tre årene.
Rapporten er ledd i prosjektet «Arbeids- og bedriftsvandringer
i et utvidet Europa: Inkludering i det gode arbeidslivet?»,
finansiert av Arbeidslivsprogrammet i Norges forskningsråd.
Norwegian companies use of labour from Central- and Eastern Europe
The report summarises the findings from a national survey on Norwegian companies use of labour from Central- and Eastern Europe. The survey was conducted in the winter of 2009 among companies in the construction-, manufacturing-, hotels- and restaurant sectors. The report gives information on the share of companies that employ, hire or subcontract migrant labour, and the companies' motivation, experiences and future plans. The results are compared with the findings in a similar survey from 2006. The projcect is funded by The Research Council of Norway.
